Return & Refund Policy — NeoKira Unlimited
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please read the policy carefully — certain collections have specific return rules noted below.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, email us at sales@neokiraunlimited.com. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, with original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
- A $6.00 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full.
- No restocking fees will be charged on any return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@neokiraunlimited.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
If you are not fully satisfied with your first purchase from one of these categories, we are happy to offer:
- A free replacement item, or
- A one-time store credit gift card
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate this process.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at sales@neokiraunlimited.com.
DIGITAL GOODS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
NeoKira Unlimited does not sell digital goods, downloadable products, or subscription services. All products are physical merchandise shipped to your delivery address.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Returns must include original tags and garment packaging with the SKU label
- Return requests must be initiated and items shipped back within 30 days of delivery
- In the case of split shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package
- Items not meeting these requirements may not qualify for a refund
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless due to error or damage
- Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive the return to process it
- We will email you once your return has been processed
